Damp and Mould Assessments

 We provide comprehensive inspections to identify the cause, extent, and risk associated with damp and mould within residential and public-sector properties. Our reports are supported by data-led moisture measurement to distinguish between structural defects, design weaknesses, and occupancy factors.


Each report provides clear, evidence-based recommendations for remediation, prevention, and compliance with housing standards such as:

  • Awaab’s Law (Social Housing Regulation Act 2023)
  • The Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, Section 11

Expert Witness and Disrepair Claims

  • Management of multi-disciplinary design teams through all RIBA stages (0–7)
